General Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Elite Construction Services website and related dumpster rental, hauling, demolition, and operational communication services.

Reservation Requests

Submitting a dumpster reservation request does not guarantee availability. Requested delivery dates are subject to review and confirmation by Elite Construction Services.

A reservation becomes confirmed only after availability is approved and any required payment is successfully processed.

Payment Authorization

Customers may be asked to securely provide a payment method during the reservation process. The payment method may be stored by our payment processor and used to process the initial reservation charge after the delivery date is confirmed.

By completing the reservation process and accepting the applicable authorization, the customer authorizes Elite Construction Services to use the saved payment method for additional haul charges and other charges permitted under the rental agreement.

Additional Hauls

Additional hauls are charged at the haul rate disclosed for the customer's job-site location. Charges may be processed using the saved payment method authorized during the reservation process.

SMS Terms

Authorized employees and managers of Elite Construction Services may opt in to receive internal operational SMS messages.

Messages may include alerts about new reservation requests, reservation status changes, customer responses to proposed delivery dates, and other operational events requiring staff attention.

Message frequency varies based on business activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Recipients may reply STOP to opt out at any time. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Service Availability

Service availability may depend on location, equipment availability, scheduling, weather, access conditions, and other operational factors.

Changes to These Terms

Elite Construction Services may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will be posted on this website.
